Tis the season to be Swede!
I love to celebrate holidays and traditions especially if it involves food. I think it's a great way to learn different cultures and beliefs and at the same time a fun way to create special memories.
To kick-off August we are taking part in a Swedish tradition to celebrate Summer by feasting on a large tray of crayfish or kräftor as the Swedes call them (sans paper hats , moon lantern and schnapps).
