Pork, Mushroom & Sugar Snap Peas
Two pounds of pork was cut into strips then sauteed in sliced garlic and onion. Next, I poured in three cups of beef broth, cooked for about fifteen minutes then I added the mushroom. Cooked another five minutes then the sugar snap peas and corn starch dissolved in cold water to thicken the broth. Seasoned with salt and pepper.

Chicken Marsala
Cooked bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs seasoned with salt on a sizzling hot skillet until both sides turned brown. Then they were spooned into a pan with mushroom and tomatoes cooked on beef broth and marsala wine with garlic and chopped onion.

Foil-Baked Catfish
This dish takes five minutes to prepare. Lay about two feet long aluminum foil. Top it with a cup of couscous rice drizzled with a mixture of olive oil, salt and smoked paprika. Place the catfish fillets on top along with cherry tomatoes, sliced shallot, garlic, parsley and sliced lemon. Then on to a 400-degree pre-heated oven for thirty minutes.

Beef, Sugar Snap Peas and Tomatoes
