Corona Sports Bar
While waiting for our flight back to Los Angeles, we grabbed a spot at this bar for a quick lunch… tortilla soup, tacos and burrito.
Sunday Brunch
It was a feast! Incredible selection… paella, sushi, oysters, omelet station, soup, salad, tacos, cakes in different shapes & flavors, ice cream, chocolate fountain, macarons… yes, French macarons. And a whole lot more…

Big Waves
… crashing on the shore, the sweet scent of the ocean, the birds singing. Mornings are always beautiful in Cabo.
Today after breakfast, we ventured out to the beach again. There were a few couples walking, a family of three building a sandcastle and some pelicans waiting to catch some fish. Looking back at the hotel, I saw bikini-clad ladies on their way to the pool and some more folks walking behind them.

Lunch in Medano Beach
Our lunch -- fish tacos, shrimp fajitas and margarita… yum! The restaurant is on Medano Beach where you can see the natural rock formation “Land’s End.” Back in 2012 when we first visited Cabo we took a sunset tour to see the rocks up close.
Black Swans
On our way to the restaurant for lunch, we passed by these two black swans. We stayed a little bit, watched them gracefully glide through the water, snapped some photos and continued walking.

At the resort we’re staying they have theme nights every night and tonight’s theme is Mexican. We had tacos, ceviche, grilled fish, arroz con pollo and flan.

Off to Cabo
Second time for the Little Guy and third for us.
We love going to Cabo. Food is great, people are friendly and it’s very relaxing. Whenever we go to Europe, we are always on the go -- as we have to cover as many museums/attractions as we possibly can. In Cabo, it’s all about food, drink, beach, pool, eat, drink, sleep… and the cycle continues for a week. What more could be relaxing than that.

The Sky Pool
The Sky Pool is perched on top of the highest hill overlooking the ocean.
Here are some snapshots of our fun afternoon at the Sky Pool.

Lunch with Friends at El Toro Guero
Friends we met from our last trip to Mexico a couple of years ago brought us here at El Toro Guero.
Ceviche, raw oysters and grilled fish.
Muy delicioso! The best Mexican food we ever had!!! Can't wait to be back...
Bathtime!
The Little Guy had a great time taking a bath on a sink and so amused with the tissue box he ended up pulling them one by one.

Mexican Night
Hola! It's Mexican Night tonight and dinner is served on the beach.
While the sun goes down.
And the water sparkles.
A Mariachi band is playing some familiar songs like La Bamba, Novia Mia, La Calandria and No Volvere.
Ay yay yayay!
Let's fiesta like there's no maΓ±ana!
Picnic by the Beach
Now it's time for a leisurely morning on the beach...
Love the cool ocean breeze, the sound of the waves crashing on the shore and the feel of the sand on my bare feet!
Out Into the Sun and Sand
Yay, it’s time for a beach outing!
Beach
toys on one hand, picnic blanket on the other, we headed down to the
resort’s private beach for some fun under the Mexican sun.
Little guy was endlessly amused dumping sand into and out of the bucket and truck.

Easter Egg Hunting
Last Easter, Little Guy was only 2 months old, so the best we could do was to dress him up with “My First Easter.”
Easter Breakfast
Started off Easter Sunday with a hearty breakfast while enjoying the beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean…

Hello Cabo!
Bumpy ride, swerving
turns… the lady seated next to us on the van from the airport to the
hotel was so amazed how the Little Guy managed to stay asleep the entire
time.
Nite-nite friends! I'll leave you with these snapshots from our first day/night in Cabo.
Until tomorrow...
