Cookies for Santa

We baked some cookies for Santa, but it seems like the Little Guy is going to finish them all.

On Saturdays we eat pancakes...

... buttermilk pancake with coconut,  topped with sliced banana and drizzled with maple syrup.

Making S'mores

Graham crackers, marshmallows and Hershey's chocolate... making s'mores is a fun Autumn activity with a toddler.

A Submarine Voyage

... to find Nemo in the Tomorrowland section of Disneyland. While in line, we heard seagulls saying, "mine, mine."

Bubbles came out as the submarine descends into the water.  Through the porthole, we saw corals, starfish, lobsters, clams and the characters of Disney-Pixar's movie Darla, Bruce, Squirt, Crush, Dory, Marlin and Nemo.

Haloween Time at Disneyland

At LAX

… bound for Vancouver, Canada.  The Little Guy is excited to fly on the plane again. He is becoming a seasoned traveler.  This is his ninth flight.

Labor Day Picnic

On Labor Day, we spread the picnic blanket in the garden and had an afternoon tea.  The food... mini sandwiches, olives and apples.

Poquito Mas

Our go-to place when there’s no other new place to go. My favorite, the petitos… beef, chicken or both.

Lego Time

The usual routine after school… playing lego while Mommy is preparing dinner.

First Day of School

Summer camp has ended.  Today marks the first day of the Fall program. There are new faces. There are friends who have left for kindergarten. The fun activities continue… singing, dancing, art projects, storytelling and play time.

At Travel Town

All aboard!  Here comes our choo choo train, our choo choo train, coming down the track.  

We took the miniature train which circles the perimeter of the museum, we checked the wooden train cars and wandered around for a couple of hours.  It’s a great place for kids who love trains.

Well-Care Visit at 2 ½

Went to see our Pediatrician for the Little Guy’s routine check-up.
