Mendocino Farms

Have you heard of Mendocino Farms?  A gourmet sandwich shop, Mendocino Farms provides a wide range of delicious and healthy sandwiches -- using the freshest seasonal ingredients straight from the farmer’s market.  We passed by this place a couple of weeks ago and we saw the line out the door.  Remember, great food = long line.  So today after church we decided to check this place out.

Kale Ceasar Salad (local kale, Scarborough Farm's butter lettuce & romaine, crispy wheatberries, red onions, grape tomatoes, avocado, parmesan with a lemon parmesan vinaigrette)

Kurobuta Pork Belly Banh Mi (braised, caramelized Kurobuta pork belly, housemade pickled daikon & carrots, cilantro, cucumbers, jalapenos, chili aioli on panini grilled ciabatta)
A Sandwich Study of Heat (fresh local farm turkey, smoked gouda, smashed avocado, chili aioli, jalapeno relish, tomato, romaine lettuce on panini grilled rustic white)
