Valentine's Day

Last year's Valentine's Day was French-themed with salade de mesclun, gratin dauphinoise, boeuf bourguignon, souffles au chocolate and a bottle of red from Bordeaux. 

From France, we're heading southwest to Spain for some Spanish tapas.
