Infused Water


With Summer’s soaring temperature, it’s really important to monitor our water intake to stay hydrated. Infused water is not only a feast in the eyes with the colorful fruits/herbs floating around, but it also helps improve overall digestive health.

I filled the jar halfway.  Added sliced cucumber, lemon and lime. Poured 5 cups of ice cubes.   Oh, so refreshing!  It made me feel like I’m lounging at a spa.
