When husband was at Whole Foods to buy shrimps and mussels for the paella, he called to tell me that he would like to add razor clams. I said yes. I was envisioning razorback clams. But when he got home, I was totally surprised to see huge clams. They won't fit on the paella pan so I decided to make a pot of clam chowder the following day.
