Pepperoni and Ricotta Cheese Pizza
Store-bought pizza sauce was spread on dough then topped with thinly sliced onion, red bell pepper, capers, pepperoni and ricotta cheese. Baked on a stone pan on a 400-degree pre-heated oven for about 20 minutes.
