Last time we wanted to eat here, their valet parking was full and we couldn't find a street parking so we ended up in Santa Monica. Santa Monica, the city by the beach with a giant Ferris wheel. Connie & Ted's is also on Santa Monica, Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood, the boulevard that runs all the way to Santa Monica.
Connie & Ted's is one of the best seafood places in town. It is after all owned by Michael Cimarusti, the brilliant chef behind Providence.
On the table...
- Dinner rolls
- Manhattan chowda
- A dozen oysters (kumiai, totten trotter, phantom creek, kusshi, shigoku, hollie wood zen, beau soleil, tomahawk, wellfleet, barnstable, black duck salt and sweet petite)
- Lobster roll with fries
- Clam roll with cole slaw
- Bourbon pecan pie a la mode
