Pork Chop, Couscous and Veggies
Two pieces of bone-in center cut pork chop sprinkled with a dash of salt
 and a good cracking of peppercorns then cooked on a grill pan. 
Served 
with roasted sweet potatoes, couscous and salad greens topped with
