"If you live in California there’s no shortage of weekend
destinations. You can go your whole life
and not hit them all. From large cities
to small towns, deserts, snow-capped mountains and miles and miles of breathtaking
coastline -- the possibilities for day trips and getaways are endless. So crank
up those tunes and roll down those windows and let’s gaze upon the beautiful
Golden State as it rolls by..."

The sun was beaming and the sky was clear blue when we decided to leisurely drive along Highway 1 (California State Route 1) to Laguna Beach. Highway 1, one of America’s most scenic drives, offers a spectacular view of Golden State’s Pacific coastline.
We drove to charming Seal Beach and then continued on to admire sun-drenched Huntington Beach, headed further south to Newport Beach passing multi-million dollar mansions, then culminated the short road trip in Laguna Beach, a picturesque seaside village located in Orange County, midway between Los Angeles and San Diego.
We wandered around Laguna Beach, browsed some boutiques before heading to The Deck On Laguna Beach to spend the rest of the afternoon breathing in the salt breeze of the Pacific Ocean.
