Weeknight Dinner Menu

 

Here’s what I cooked in the kitchen for dinner this past week…

Monday - Orecchiette with Caramelized Eggplant and Sweet Italian Sausage

Tuesday - Organic Chicken with Spring Veggies

Wednesday - New York Steak, Grilled Asparagus and Mashed Potatoes

Thursday -Mapo Tofu (husband cooked this...)
