Baked Bangus


Baked bangus "milkfish" drizzled with calamansi from our neighbor, a sprinkle of salt and pepper and freshly grated nutmeg.  On to the oven for forty minutes.

Served with salted eggs with chopped juicy tomatoes in coconut vinegar and eaten with steamed rice.
