Poulet a la Lavande


Organic chicken thighs marinated overnight in lavender, thyme, lemon zest, juice of half a lemon, olive oil, honey, a pinch of salt and pepper.

On to a 375-degree
 pre-heated oven for 45 minutes. Voila!

Eaten with Aubergine et Tomate.
