What’s up for dinner? I’m looking
forward to getting back on track with my meal planning this week. I have been doing this for years, but fell
off when I became pregnant. So these past
months, we either dine-out/order take-out or whip something up on the fly. No weekly menu plan whatsoever! Now I’m ready
to get back in the game. Here’s what
I’ll be cooking up in the kitchen this week…
Monday – Avocado, Ham and Cheese
Grilled Sandwich
Tuesday – Chicken, Potato and Spinach
Soup
Wednesday – Grilled Steak Salad
Thursday – Chicken Enchiladas
Friday – Date Night or Take-out
I'm off the hook from cooking dinner Friday
thru Sunday :-)
