Dinner on a Cutting Board



 - diced tofu in miso-based soup

 - pan-seared sushi-grade fish (albacore, blue fin and yellowtail)

 - organic chicken breast in ponzu and ginger paste, sprinkled with scallion

 - two bowls of Japanese rice

 - two pairs of chopsticks
