Ribeye Steak


Got a pound and a half ribeye steak from Whole Foods at $17.99 a pound. Rib-eyes are a favorite because they are always tender, juicy and full of flavor. This one was on the thick side, so we asked the butcher to butterfly or slice the slab horizontally. 

Seasoned with salt and pepper then pan-seared on a grill pan.
