Cast-Iron Skillet Chicken
I love cooking on a cast-iron skillet. It gives a great texture you won't normally get from a non-stick pan. Dinner tonight was salad with chow mein noodles drizzled with peanut sauce and topped with lemon-soy sauce marinated chicken thighs cooked on a cast-iron skillet.
