Tuscan Kale and Fideo Soup


A hearty meal on a hot Summer day.

The ingredients:  diced carrots, sliced celery, diced tomatoes, a can of cannellini beans, diced chicken breast, mushroom, Tuscan kale, bay leaf, five garlic cloves, sliced onion,  four cups chicken broth and fideo cut spaghetti toasted on a pan with olive oil and butter.

Eaten with French baguette.
