A Taste of Cuba


Dinner tonight was at  Versailles, arguably one of the best Cuban restaurants in SFV. 

On the table..

Arroz Con Pollo - a classic Cuban dish made of Valencia rice and seasoned chicken garnished with peas and pimientos.

Rabo Encendido - a Creole-based oxtail stew cooked with traditional Cuban herbs & spices, olive oil and bell peppers.
