Beef Fajitas
Tonight's dinner is a classic Tex-Mex dish that is quick and easy to prepare.
On the grill pan, skirt steak marinated overnight in lime juice, olive
oil, cumin, oregano, black pepper and worcestershire sauce. Then topped
with onions, green & red bell pepper.
