Pinoy-style Mixed Veggies with Dried Fish


A relative gave us some dried fish. It is best cooked fried but the unpleasant smell of a fried dried fish can last for days so I decided to make a soup instead. Boiled squash, eggplant, okra, bitter melon and jute leaves, added the dried fish and a dab of seasoning.
