Chicken Tikka Masala
Oil heated on a skillet, I sautéed the organic chicken in garlic and
onion until golden brown. Poured the store-bought Tikka Masala
sauce. Simmered for about an hour. Then added the cubed potatoes and
diced green pepper and red pepper.
