Charcuterie Picnic


It was hot outside -- still in the 90s well past 7:30 pm so the plan to spread out a blanket in the garden has turned into an indoor picnic.

Three kinds of cured meat --  Salchichón, Jamón Serrano and Chorizo de Cantimpalos.  Three kinds of cheese -- Gouda, Brie and
Cheddar. Baguette, strawberries, champagne grapes and bean antipasto.

A wine sipped happily.  Thankful for such a beautiful evening.
