Chicken in Rosemary Sauce


These chicken thighs were seasoned with salt and pepper and then sauteed in olive oil with chopped garlic and diced onion until skin turned brown.  Next poured on the pot, two cups of chicken broth with chopped rosemary, lemon zest and lemon juice. Then simmered for thirty minutes.  

Dinner is served!
